           Exploring Educational Opportunities

is a not-for-profit adult and community education organisation, run by a team of experienced professional tutors, offering courses that may not be available in mainstream provision.

We can provide courses in many different subject areas including:

  • English for Speakers of Other Languages
  • English for Specific Purposes - Health Professionals
  • Humanities subjects : History, Literature, Cultural Studies
  • Social Sciences: Psychology; Sociology
  • Confidence Building/Assertiveness
  • Improve your English (for native speakers)
  • Conversational French
  • Return to Study/Employment
  • Courses for parents of young children

    Current Courses

    We currently have two 6 week courses running at Greenstead Community Centre.

    English for Speakers of other Languages

  • Learn and practise English for everyday purposes.
  • For beginners and people with some basic knowledge.
  • Wednesdays 1.00 - 3.00pm
  • Fun with Drawing and Painting

  • Everyone can enjoy drawing and painting.
  • Come and discover skills you didn't know you had.
  • Absolutely no previous experience necessary.
  • Thursdays 9.00 - 11.00am

  • We are planning to continue these courses again in the New Year.

    We are always interested in hearing of other requests for courses that would be of interest to groups in the local community. We are keen to work flexibly and can deliver courses in-house for groups and organisations.
